At Dharni Handicrafts, each product is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of handmade items, we follow a limited and transparent return policy.
Returns
We accept returns only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
To request a return, please contact us with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Sale or discounted items

Made-to-order or customized products

Products damaged after delivery or showing signs of use
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part
Replacements
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed

In other approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not shipped
